MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR
£70,000 – £90,000 Depending on Experience
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
 
I am currently working with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation that is expanding its commercial teams and is looking to appoint experienced Managing Quantity Surveyors across several UK locations.
 
These are long-term opportunities for commercially strong professionals with significant contractor-side and NEC experience.
 
Current opportunities:

Oxford – NEC4 Option C
Great Yarmouth – NEC4 Option
Weybridge – NEC4 Option A
Hereford – PCSA experience
Essex – NEC Option C
 
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 DOE
 
About you
 
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong Managing Quantity Surveyor / Senior Commercial experience
• A solid contractor-side background, ideally within major infrastructure, construction or civil engineering environments
• Strong and demonstrable NEC / NEC4 experience
• Experience relevant to the specific NEC option required for the role
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management skills
• Experience managing commercial delivery across significant projects
• A stable employment history and interest in a long-term position
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The unrestricted right to work without requiring sponsorship

The roles require three days per week on site, so candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of the relevant location.
 
For these positions, it is important that the relevant NEC option experience is clearly evidenced on your CV.
