M&E Project Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Archer is currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking independent cost consultancy in London to recruit a Project Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in its M&E team.
The team is led by five experienced Partners, and work on an impressive range of projects including in Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Stadia and Leisure for an impressive client base including British Land, Blackstone, Landsec & Sellar.
The Project Surveyor will be working alongside senior members of the team and take responsibility for pre- and post-contract QS duties on a portfolio of projects. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a similar construction-related discipline, and ideally be MRICS accredited. They should have proven M&E experience from a consultancy or contractor background. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and be capable of establishing strong client relationships.
