Job Title: Senior Project Manager – M&E (Electrical Bias)
Location: Berlin
About our client:
Join a cutting-edge and dynamic global project and cost management business specializing in providing construction and engineering solutions to high tech clients. They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join their Berlin team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), you will be a key player in the clients team and responsible for all MEP packages on the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and serving as the primary subject matter expert for the hyperscale data centre client known for its complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: €110,000 – €160,000 (Total All-In, Salary Adjustment for FIFO)
Working Pattern: 5 Days On-Site (Consideration for FIFO with Full On-Site Commitment)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the project, ensuring high-quality delivery within the specified timeframes.
- Manage a diverse team effectively, fostering collaboration and ensuring individual and collective success.
- Act as the primary interface between, demonstrating confidence and strength in managing client relationships.
- Utilise your expertise in M&E, with a focus on electrical components, while maintaining an intermediate level of mechanical competency.
- Navigate challenges across a hyperscale data centre project, applying your problem-solving skills and adaptability to ensure project success.
- Hands-on approach: Dive into project details when necessary, demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to get involved at all levels.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in M&E with an electrical bias. This may be from a GC, specialist sub contractor or project consultancy.
- Intermediate-level mechanical experience is essential.
- Previous exposure to challenging clients, preferably in life science, oil & gas, data centre, semi-conductors, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on and personally engaged in the project, not solely reliant on delegation.
