MRICS Building Surveyor

Real Estate and Building Consultancy
We are working with a small Building and Architectural Consultancy who are looking to expand their Building Surveying team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyors. 

The work is based centrally in London and covers design through to completion on site. 
 Refurbishment projects – client brief through to completion on site including design, client liaison, Building Regs application, tendering contract admin
  • Residential conversion of commercial properties – client brief through to completion on site including design, client liaison, Building Regs application, specification, tendering, contract admin.
  • Working on client villages including Listed Properties.
  • Project value – small works (repairs etc.) up to £2m projects, occasionally larger
  • Defects inspections and analysis
  • Cyclical maintenance – primarily externals
  • CDM
  • Dilapidations
  • Party Wall matters
The team work closely together with a collaborative culture, with the Directors working alongside the team. They have attractive offices in a great location in the West End of London and an impressive client base. With the majority of work in Zone 1 there is a huge variety of properties – old and new.
