We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Lead to establish and drive a Programme Management Office for a high-profile, multi-project environment. This is a pivotal role where you will build PMO capability from the ground up, ensuring strong governance, clear reporting, and high performance across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and embed PMO frameworks, governance, and controls
- Oversee portfolio planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Drive best practice and consistency across all projects
- Monitor and manage performance of project managers and external consultants
- Confidently challenge underperformance and implement improvements
- Support strategic planning and programme decision-making
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Contribute to strengthening and expanding the overall client relationship
- Proven experience operating at Senior PMO / SPM level
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead PMO functions
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable addressing performance issues
- Experience working within complex, multi-project environments
- Background in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors is advantageous
