Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end construction delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Thailand.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive compliance with local Thai building codes, safety regulations, and international best practices.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain resilience across all phases of construction.
• Champion sustainability, efficiency, and scalability in mission-critical facility development.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects, ideally within the data centre or mission-critical sector.
• Strong technical expertise in construction management, with deep understanding of MEP, CSA, and fit-out integration.
• Fluent Thai language skills (spoken and written) with ability to navigate local regulatory and stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
