Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in government and private sector projects. In view of recent project wins, they are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in overseeing large mixed-development projects.

Job Description:

Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects
Produce the Project Execution Plan and responsible for the financial viability, on time delivery and customer control
Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
Performing risk management
Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
Responsible for successful and quality project handover to the Client

Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board
Possesses at least 20 years of experience in managing design and construction of large scale mixed-development projects
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
