Project Director – CSA / Data Centre
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type: Full-time, Site-Based
Duration: 12 months (extension potential)

Our client is a global project delivery specialist with a strong track record in mission-critical infrastructure. With deep expertise around the world, they partner with hyperscale and colocation providers to deliver high-performance data centre builds that meet demanding technical and operational standards.
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the CSA scope of a major data centre development in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time, site-based role requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on leadership across civil, structural, and architectural works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CSA delivery for a hyperscale data centre project
• Oversee piling, civil works, and buried underground services
• Manage site execution, safety, quality, and program performance
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders
• Uphold high standards of governance, reporting, and client service

Key Requirements:

• Proven CSA Project Director experience on large-scale construction projects
• Strong hands-on background in piling and civil works
• Experience with buried underground services
• Prior data centre project experience is essential
• APAC / SEA regional project exposure
• Full-time site-based commitment in Kuala Lumpur
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English required
