Project Director - Hyperscale Data Centre

Archer Recruitment is working with an international construction consultancy to recruit a Project Director in Belgium, to deliver a hyperscale data centre project for a global technology company.
This is a client-facing role based on-site 5 days per week, initially on a 2 year fixed term contract but likely to be extended for a further 2-3 years.
The Project Director will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery for a large greenfield DC campus, ensuring the project is safely delivered on schedule, on budget, and meeting the client’s quality objectives.
Candidates for this role will need proven project management experience delivering hyperscale data centres, with a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, and be PMP qualified. They will need to be able to build strong relationships with clients and manage a diverse team to successfully deliver the project.
Candidates will ideally have the right to work in Belgium with an EU Passport, but the company may be able to provide visa sponsorship if required.
