Project Director - Occupier Fit Out
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
A global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a Project Director to join their growing central London workplace occupier team managing a healthy pipeline of end user fit out projects, predominantly in London covering financial, technology and professional service clients. Many would be HQ projects but also with further scheme’s across the UK and EMEA.
Our client requires at least 10-15 years of experience in a project management capacity with proven occupier fit-out experience across a range of corporate and commercial clients from a consultancy background, although additional contractor or developer experience would be seen favourably.
The ideal candidate would also possess a relevant technical degree in construction, project management, surveying, engineering or architecture. In addition to a thorough understanding and the ability to carry out projects based on the most appropriate methodology – e.g. the RIBA Plan of Work, Prince 2, Government Frameworks etc. Chartership is not essential but as a business our client values those that are already chartered, pursuing or looking to do so in the near future.
On offer is a salary up to £100,000 as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution. Our client operates hybrid working with 3 days based out of their recently refurbished central London location.
