A leading construction and development business is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a major Industrial & Logistics project in West London.
 
This is a full-time, site-based role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a significant scheme from delivery through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of construction delivery and demonstrable build experience within the Industrial & Logistics (I&L) sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead project delivery from site through to practical completion.
– Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholder teams.
– Drive programme, cost, quality and risk management objectives.
– Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
– Report project progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and delivery targets.
 
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
– Strong construction delivery (“build”) experience within Industrial & Logistics developments.
– Ability to manage large-scale projects in a live site environment.
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Strong understanding of project controls, programme management and construction methodologies.
– Relevant construction or project management qualifications preferred.
