Project Manager - Data Center (Main Contractor)

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms with an extensive track record in delivering large-scale building projects. In view of upcoming project wins within the data center sector, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full construction lifecycle of mission-critical facilities.
Job Description:
• Oversee the successful delivery of a data center construction project, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives
• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan, managing cost control, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with consultants, M&E teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
• Manage all construction activities from design coordination through commissioning and client handover
• Implement risk management and HSE practices to maintain operational excellence and project integrity
• Drive performance across site operations, ensuring works meet specification, program, and quality standards
• Ensure successful completion and seamless handover to client with all documentation and testing requirements fulfilled
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• At least 8 years of project management experience, with exposure to data center projects
• Strong technical understanding of M&E systems, coordination, and integration in a high-specification environment
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent planning, communication, and people management abilities
