An established and growing construction and property consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, driven and hands-on individual looking to play a key role within a growing business where they can make a genuine contribution and influence future success.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ project management experience, ideally within the commercial office sector, and will be comfortable managing projects from inception through to completion.

Current projects include office remodelling, Cat A refurbishments, Cat B fit-outs for occupiers, and occasional new-build developments. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to work across a wider range of sectors.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience within larger consultancies and are now seeking a role where they can have greater responsibility, visibility and impact within a growing organisation.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ project management experience.
  • Strong experience within the commercial office sector, particularly Cat A and Cat B projects.
  • Proactive, motivated and capable of taking ownership of project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • RICS Chartered status preferred, although candidates working towards Chartership are encouraged to apply.

The consultancy operates a flexible working policy, recognising that employees will often be working remotely, attending meetings or visiting project sites. Employees are encouraged to spend approximately three days per week in the office to support collaboration, team development and effective project delivery.
