Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager - Commercial

Archer Recruitment is pleased to be working with an independent construction consultancy in the commercial fit-out market to recruit a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to its expanding team. The company is based in the City, close to Liverpool Street station.
Working as part of a small but experienced team, you will work on Cat A & B fit-out and refurbishment projects for blue-chip clients in central London. Being a innovative boutique consultancy with a healthy order book and project list going into 2025 there is high chance of having the ability to diversify your experience into other sectors. The likely projects include remodelling and occasional new builds, CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fitting out for occupiers. Ideally you will be RICS qualified but consideration will be given to someone who has another professional qualification.
All candidates have to be self-motivated, capable and able to work under their own steam with appropriate supervision. A salary of up to £70,000 dependant on experience is achievable plus benefits such as Private healthcare, Pension contributions, Life cover, Professional subscriptions and 25 days holiday. Our client operates a flexible working policy and you will be encouraged to work from the office 2-3 days a week to be part of what is a friendly close-knit team.
