Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in London, a respected name in the Commercial projects industry. Our client is known for their commitment to excellence, and they are seeking a proficient Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of their projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure their execution.
• Oversee project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and leadership to project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience managing Commercial projects, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership skills, including the capacity to mentor and guide project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation:
 
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be in the range of £45,000 to £60,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package.
