An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking Project-level Quantity Surveyors to join its growing team across a diverse portfolio of high-profile UK projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad mix of sectors, including:

• Higher Education (refurbishment & repurposing projects)
• High-end Residential & Local Authority Housing
• Sports & Leisure (stadiums, cricket grounds, leisure centres)
• Events & Theme Parks (including major UK attractions)

Projects are primarily based in London, with an additional opportunity supporting a major leisure scheme in Southport.

The Role You will be involved in delivering projects from pre- through to post-contract, working within a collaborative consultancy environment. Responsibilities will include:

• Cost planning and commercial management
• Contract administration (JCT forms essential)
• Managing variations and change control
• Client and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors

About You

• Experience operating at Project QS level
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts (essential)
• Background across residential, education, or leisure/sports projects
• Consultancy or client-side experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
