Archer recruitment is working with an independent London construction consultancy to recruit an Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in its central London office.
The business has been established for over 15 years and has an experienced team of 40 employees working across Project Management and Quantity Surveying. They work across a range of project sectors including Commercial Offices, Residential, Mixed-Use, Arts & Culture, Heritage and Data Centres.
The role will be working alongside an experienced Director on projects across these sectors, working in tandem with the wider project management team on some, and independently on others.
Candidates for this position should be degree qualified in a relevant discipline with a proven track record of 5+ years for PM and 7+ for SPM demonstrating independent project delivery experience of working with a valued client base. Chartership is not essential but valued and the ability to show your pathway progress would also be helpful, along with the ability to show consistency and longevity in your career to date. You can expect to mentor junior staff and support senior staff in a diverse range of areas, these could include:
• Client’s / Owner’s representation
• Programme management
• Project management
• Construction management
• Employer’s Agent / contract administration
• Design management
• Risk management
• Programming / Scheduling
• Procurement advice
• Project set-up consultancy
• Change management
• Project review / Turnaround project monitoring
