I am working with a rapidly expanding Project & Quantity Surveying consultancy that has secured a strong pipeline of new work and is now looking to strengthen its team with an Assistant Project Surveyor and Project Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with an exciting portfolio of private commercial and residential projects across Central London, working alongside an experienced team and gaining exposure to a diverse range of schemes.
Assistant Project Surveyor
2+ years’ post-graduate experience
Project Surveyor
4+ years’ experience
Ideally, you will be MRICS or working towards chartership, with good experience across commercial and residential projects, both pre- and post-contract.
The business works across a diverse portfolio of private commercial and residential projects throughout Central London, including:
– High-rise new-build
– Complex cut & carve
– Premium residential developments
– Commercial projects
– Fit-outs
– Projects ranging from approximately £1m to £500m+
What makes this opportunity different?
The consultancy has won a significant amount of new work and is expanding rapidly, with further growth planned over the next 6-12 months.
You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team, gain exposure to a genuinely varied project portfolio and play an important role as the business continues to grow.
They are particularly interested in someone who:
✔ Has good technical foundations
✔ Can work with moderate support
✔ Is commercially minded
✔ Has both pre- and post-contract experience
✔ Is enthusiastic about developing their career
✔ Wants to be part of a growing and collaborative team
Central London
4 days in the office / 1 day WFH – usually Friday
Salary negotiable – they know the market and will pay the right person their worth
