Location: London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + Benefits
Working Pattern: 4 days office-based / 1 day WFH (Fridays)

An established and growing consultancy is seeking a Project Surveyor to join its expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will ideally hold MRICS status and have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience within project surveying / project management environments. Exposure to both residential and commercial sectors is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• 4+ years’ industry experience
• Residential and commercial project experience preferred
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects through multiple stages
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
