QAQC Manager

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in public sector and private projects. They are looking for a QAQC Manager to oversee MRT project.   
  
  
Job Description:

• Implement site quality assurance and quality control systems according to company’s quality standards
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the QAQC system, recommend and implement improvements when required
• Supervise the site QAQC Engineers to ensure all procedures and processes maintain high-quality standards
• Review quality inspection personnel qualification and training requirements
• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions
• Provide insight for defects and recommend preventive measures
• Conduct internal Quality Audits and liaise with authorities to achieve target score

  
Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant field
• Min 10 years of QAQC or auditing experience with civil engineering experience
• Knowledgeable in quality management system (e.g: ISO 9000), BCA requirements, contracts specifications
