An independent London construction consultancy that specialises in projects in the Arts, Culture & Heritage sectors is recruiting for a Project QS or Assistant QS to join its highly successful and experienced cost management team.
The company has an excellent reputation and works on complex restoration and refurbishment projects for leading universities, theatres, museums and heritage properties across London and the UK.
They are looking to recruit a candidate with a relevant degree qualification in quantity surveying or similar and 2+ years consultancy experience, and ideally with experience in the use of CostX and CADMeasure. Candidates should be recently chartered or working towards their APC, and the company can provide excellent support with this.
The company has modern offices in central London and flexibility for hybrid working. This role is offering a salary between £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on level of experience) and comprehensive benefits package.
