Senior Architect

Our client is a global leader MNC well known for managing and delivering high-tech facilities projects ranging from design, engineering, procurement and construction services. They have an experienced in-house teams for mechanical, electrical and process engineering works from conceptual design to handover stages.
  
Job Description:

• Taking care of the conceptual design through to implementation and handover
• Progressing the design in accordance with the Design Checklist
• Leading the Architectural Department client weekly meetings
• Mentoring Architect team members
• Ensuring sustainability targets are incorporate into the design
• Production of tender documentation, including project specifications and contract schedules such as Summary of Tender and Schedule of Rates, if required

  
Requirements:

• Degree / Master’s Degree in Architecture (preferably BOA recognized)
• Min 10 years of professional architectural experience in both design and construction
• Project experience for semiconductor, sustainable energy, pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare of biotech projects are beneficial
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering Design and construction for High
