Preferred Requirements

Expertise in building pathology, including the ability to undertake investigations, diagnose defects, and advise on remedial solutions.
Strong understanding of construction technology, particularly within the new build residential sector.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey findings through written reports, meetings, and presentations to clients.
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of projects and providing regular progress report updates to stakeholders.
Knowledge of various forms of procurement and contracts, allowing you to advise clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Building Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, including the preparation of tender documents, managing cost variations, and assessing extension of time and loss and expense claims.

A salary up to £85,000 is on offer plus benefits including private pension, medical cover, professional membership fees and CPD courses. The offices are based centrally and conveniently in London, Birmingham, Bristol, or Southampton and the company has hybrid working policy with around 3 days a week office-based.
