Senior Associate Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our esteemed client’s team in London. Our client, a renowned industry leader, is dedicated to excellence and innovation, and they are seeking a talented professional to join their ranks to look to move up to Partner level in the future.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Commercial and Residential projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status.
• Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management, etc.).
• Proven experience managing Commercial and Residential projects within a Construction Consultancy or a Developer, demonstrating a strong track record.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation:
 
The base salary for this role is highly competitive and will range from £85,000 to £95,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package.
