Senior Associate QS

Archer Recruitment is working with a leading independent construction consultancy in London to recruit an experienced chartered quantity surveyor as a Senior Associate. This individual to join a cost management team of 18, taking the lead on a number of key projects and managing junior surveyors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS with aspirations to become an Equity Partner of a highly successful and well-renowned business. 

The team works with blue chip developer, investor and occupier clients in the commercial sector and have a strong pipeline of projects leading into 2024. THey work closely alongside PM colleagues on may projects, and also have a variety of other interesting projects in high-end hospitality, leisure and student accommodation.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Have a proven track record working on commercial projects of a large capital value (£100m+)
• Experience in managing teams of surveyors.
• Be a problem solver who will deliver for their client
• Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• MRICS is essential

This client will pay a highly competitive salary dependent on the level of candidate – with 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
