Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare

This well-known consultancy has an excellent reputation and a wealth of experience in its Cost Management team in London. The business has an excellent client base and covers all areas of the public and private sectors.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Associate QS to join the Healthcare team to work on both new build and refurbishment projects for NHS Trusts and private healthcare clients. This person will deliver QS services from inception to completion on major projects, working closely alongside the client teams. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. In addition to this, they will manage a team of junior Surveyors and work with the senior management team to develop new business opportunities.
Candidates for this role should have cost consultancy experience in the healthcare sector and be MRICS qualified. Candidates from a contractor or client-side experience will also be considered.
A salary of up to £90k is on offer (depending on level of role), plus excellent benefits including bonus, private healthcare, enhanced pension etc. This role is central London based with flexibility for hybrid working.
