Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director

The Role
They are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director to join the team which has grown rapidly over the past 18 months. The team are all experienced Building Surveyors who have worked for some of the top Building Consultancies in London. They have a enviable client list mainly landlord focussed,and include Landsec, Derwent London, Clearbell and the Crown Estate to name a few. The work is located around London and the South East, is commercial and mainly within industrial and logistics sectors. They carry out pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, schedules of condition, project monitoring and project management.
