Do you want to work for a consultancy with the agility and autonomy of a small company but also with the investment and financial backing from a global business?

This company has an experienced team of consultants working across quantity surveying, project management and construction management. They are part of a larger international corporation but have full autonomy in the UK. They have a strong pipeline of work with both existing and new clients, and plans to continue the sustained growth of the business.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work closely with a Director and AD, and lead a major client account delivering fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects in retail, hospitality and offices, primarily in central London. The Senior QS will lead a team of 4-5 surveyors on the account, be the primary point of contact for the client, and nurture the relationship to develop further business opportunities.

The consultancy has a good spread of clients across multiple sectors, and are currently working on new build schemes in the residential, student accommodation and mixed-use sectors.

They have modern offices close to London Bridge, a hybrid working policy with 3 days a week office-based, and a close-knit team with a good social side to the business. A salary up to £75,000 is on offer plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
