Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cost management services across all project stages, from feasibility through to post-contract
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
- Manage project costs and ensure effective financial control throughout delivery
- Provide strategic advice on procurement, value engineering, and risk management
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and design teams
- Manage multiple projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Leverage digital platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance accuracy and reporting
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
- MRICS qualified or working toward chartership
- Strong technical cost management experience across multiple sectors
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
