Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist international construction consultancy, working on hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe for leading clients in the Tech sector. 

The role will be based in the company’s central London office, with flexible working available, and may require occasional travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

The Senior Cost Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects throughout the region. The main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare estimates and cost plans for variety of developments using CostX Software  
• Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports  
• Prepare tender documents as required by procurement choice  
• Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement  
• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations  
• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims  
• Prepare and agree final accounts

Candidates for this role should have PQS experience in the MEP sector and ideally will have worked on data centre projects and be MRICS qualified.  You will also need to be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills.
