Senior Programme Manager - CRE Transition

Formed out of previous senior directors of a large global consultancy, this specialist, boutique, project and programme management practice offers great projects across a global client base and the opportunity to work with some exciting high profile clients within and ever expanding team.  Your HQ will be based in Central London or possibly Chicago. 

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join their team supporting a leading global technology company focusing on managing a large-scale internal change initiative following significant restructuring of the client’s global real estate consultancy outsourcing model.

You will report to a dedicated Transition Lead and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless program delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

– Co-ordinate and manage programme activities for the transition initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
– Implement change management strategies to facilitate organisational transformation and stakeholder adoption
– Maintain program governance frameworks, track risks, and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders
– Collaborate with global teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
– Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, leveraging technology and AI tools where appropriate
– Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and industry best practices

– 6+ years of progressive experience in programme or project management, operating within a complex, global corporate real estate or corporate services environment
– Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives
– Mastery of document, spreadsheet, and presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, SmartSheets, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to create compelling, leadership-level content and communications, organize and visualize information, and demonstrate a proven capacity to independently learn and enhance skills with familiar tools
– Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and generate insights. Understanding of prompt engineering and creative thinking to harness AI capabilities for personal and client
efficiencies
– A proactive and confident self-starter with exceptional flexibility. Ability to thrive, adapt quickly, and deliver results in fast-paced and unstructured environments
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence a diverse set of senior stakeholders across multiple functions and global regions 
– PMP, APM, RICS, 3PMO, MSP, or equivalent project/program management certification
– Change management certification (e.g. CCMP, Prosci)
– Proficiency in Google Workspace
– An advanced understanding of AI tools, creating agents, or coding would be a benefit
– Master’s degree in a relevant field

On offer is a salary of up to £75-90,000 dependant on experience plus an extensive benefits package.
