Senior Programme Manager – Supplier Mgmt
Salary £75-85,000 dependant on experience + Extensive benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our client’s team supporting a global leading technology company. This role will focus on managing a new global supplier management initiative, designed to improve supplier performance and strengthen the client’s outsourced supply chain.
You will report to the Programme Lead and work closely with procurement, operations, and governance teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of supplier management frameworks.
Key responsibilities
– Manage programme activities for the supplier management initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
– Support implementation of KPIs, performance dashboards, and governance processes for key suppliers
– Collaborate with procurement teams to monitor compliance and optimise supplier relationships
– Work with global teams and external partners to drive programme success
– Utilise technology and AI tools to track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
– Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation within supplier management processes
Experience required
– 6+ years of progressive experience in programme or project management, operating within a complex, global corporate real estate or corporate services environment
– Demonstrated experience in managing contracts, vendors, and/or performance management systems (including KPIs and SLAs)
– Mastery of document, spreadsheet, and presentation software (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to create compelling, leadership-level content and communications, organise and visualise information, and demonstrate a proven capacity to independently learn and enhance skills with familiar tools
– Significant experience in developing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) and conducting in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance reporting
– Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and generate insights. Understanding of prompt engineering and creative thinking to harness AI capabilities for personal and client efficiencies
– A proactive and confident self-starter with exceptional flexibility. Ability to thrive, adapt quickly, and deliver results in fast-paced and unstructured environments
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence a diverse set of senior stakeholders across multiple functions and global regions
– Advanced understanding of AI tools, creating agents, or coding would be a benefit
– Proficiency in Google Workspace
– PMP, APM, RICS, 3PMO, MSP, or equivalent project/programme management certification
– Agile Project Management Certified/Scrum Master
– Master’s degree in a relevant field
On offer is a salary £75-85,000 dependant on experience plus benefits package including:
– Pension plan contribution
