Senior Project Controls Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre

Archer Recruitment is working with a global construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Controls Manager  in the Netherlands, to join a site-based team on a hyperscale data centre project for a global tech client.
  
This is a client-facing role working on site in the Northern Netherlands. Candidates should be based there or willing to relocate.
  
The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients 
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow 
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership 
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects 
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings 
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks 

The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified and experienced Project Controller having successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating from a consultancy or contractor background with 5+ years’ experience. Experience working on projects in the data centre sector would take priority.
