Senior Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
Our client is a well respected and renowned global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a Chartered Senior Project Manager or aspiring Intermediate Project Manager to join their growing central London team working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
The focus of the successful candidates role would focus a variety of Industrial and logistics as well as commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects, with experience in these sectors preferred but not necessary. Our client is also looking for somebody with demonstrable experience of running projects with minimal oversight from brief to handover.
At least 3-6 years of experience and most recently in an intermediate or Senior Project Management capacity is required, ideally within a consultancy however candidates with additional experience from developers, client side and also main contractors will be considered.
The ideal candidate would possess Chartership, a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture. In addition to a thorough understanding and the ability to carry out projects based on the most appropriate methodology – e.g. the RIBA Plan of Work, Prince 2, Government Frameworks etc.
On offer is a salary up to £80,000 plus bonus and fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution.
