Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery—from initial design coordination to construction handover
• Liaise with clients, designers, and build teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain clear project documentation
• Partner with senior leadership to implement process improvements and elevate project outcomes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing commercial fitout projects (workplace, retail, or hospitality). Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles
• Degree-qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Surveying, or related disciplines
• Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project; experience with AutoCAD, Primavera or other software is a plus
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously
