Senior Project Manager – MEP & Critical Environment Projects

Step into a leadership role where you’ll oversee high-value projects across a range of mission-critical facilities and commercial real estate. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of complex MEP and infrastructure programmes in Hong Kong, with responsibility for ensuring cost, quality, and schedule excellence across multiple developments.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver large-scale projects in critical environments and commercial real estate.
  • Manage project lifecycles from design through construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee revisions, and secure cost-effective outcomes while maintaining uncompromising quality.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and risk registers, implementing contingency plans to safeguard delivery.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, including financial performance and project progress updates.
  • Champion modern project management methodologies, embedding best practice across MEP and infrastructure works.
  • Ensure seamless handover from construction to operations, supporting long-term resilience and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, acting as a trusted partner throughout project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP, mission-critical, or commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, mechanical & electrical systems, and permitting processes.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in engineering, construction, or project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, MS Office) and advanced organisational skills.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and ideally Mandarin.
  • Background in mission-critical facilities such as data centres, healthcare, or financial services infrastructure.
