Locations: Anywhere across the EU
Working Pattern: Primarily remote with occasional client/project requirements
Ideal EU passport holder, but not essential.

A leading international consultancy is building a high-performance commercial and project management team to support major upcoming RFPs and strategic framework bids across Europe.
We are seeking commercially astute professionals who can strengthen bid capability, influence clients, and help win major projects, not just deliver them.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:
Associate / Senior Project Manager
Circa £140,000 + Benefits
✔ 15+ years’ experience
✔ Senior-level status already established
✔ RICS QS Degree background preferred
✔ Cost Management / Commercial Management expertise
✔ Minimum 5 years’ data centre experience
✔ Strong EU project exposure essential
Intermediate Senior Project Manager
Circa £95,000 + Benefits
✔ 5-8 years’ experience
✔ Major projects / infrastructure exposure
✔ Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability
Project Managers
Circa £65k + Benefits
✔ 2-5 years’ experience
✔ Exposure to major projects, infrastructure or commercial environments
✔ Ambitious individuals looking to develop within fast-paced bid and delivery environments
We are particularly interested in individuals who:
✔ Thrive in fast-paced bid and pre-contract environments
✔ Have deep NEC contract understanding
✔ Bring major project and framework experience
✔ Are commercially intelligent with clients
✔ Can identify and price risk effectively
✔ Build strong stakeholder relationships quickly
✔ Can step into live tenders with minimal handholding
✔ “See around corners” and think strategically ahead of problems
Preferred sector experience includes:
– Data Centres
– Infrastructure
– Defence / Aviation / Rail / Utilities
– Consultancy or Tier 1 contractor environments
Software exposure desirable:
– CostX
– VPR systems
– Monday.com CRM
– Commercial reporting and bid management platforms
