Senior Project Manager - Hotels & Leisure

We are searching for an outgoing and forward thinking Senior Project Manager ideally with experience and exposure to hotel & Leisure projects. Working within the London market for a boutique development and project management practice covering a portfolio of hotel, leisure and residential projects. 

You will be given the opportunity to grow and develop, guided by a team who have a proven track record of building and running successful development and project management teams for a variety of prestigious projects and established consultancies. Whilst being part of a modern, flexible and culturally focused business to grow with.
 
The ideal candidate will act as the lead PM and/or CA/EA on behalf of our clients, overseeing the delivery of capital projects across hotel, residential, commercial and other sectors within construction. You will be expected to be able to work with minimal support from Associate Directors or Directors and may be required to manage a team of Assistant Project Managers.

Requirements:

– MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred but support for those needing to complete will also be  highly considered.
– Proven experience working within the hotel, leisure and residential projects is imperative.
– Minimum of 5 years working either for a consultancy or client side role.
– Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or Surveying preferred.
