Senior Project Manager – Cat B Fit-Out (Occupier Focus)
Central London | Hybrid Working | Up to £80,000 + Benefits
A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding Central London workplace occupier team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-profile commercial client base, delivering Cat B fit-out projects across London, with additional schemes across the UK and EMEA.
You will play a key role in managing a strong pipeline of end-user, occupier-led fit-out projects, many of which are high-value HQ schemes across financial, technology, and professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver Cat B occupier fit-out projects from inception through to completion
Act as the primary client interface, managing stakeholders across multiple sectors
Oversee procurement and contract administration processes
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
Apply structured delivery methodologies (e.g. RIBA Plan of Work, PRINCE2, etc.)
Requirements:
5–7+ years’ experience in a Project Management role within a consultancy environment
Strong track record delivering Cat B / occupier fit-out projects is essential
Experience working with corporate/commercial clients (financial, tech, professional services preferred)
Degree-qualified in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
Chartership (MRICS/APM or similar) is advantageous or a desire to work towards
