Senior Project Manager - Resi & Mixed Use

We have an immediate need from an industry leading project and cost consultancy for a hybrid  Senior Project Manager based out of their London city office. Operating from multiple UK locations in the residential and lifestyle real estate and construction sector, they offer a comprehensive range of consultancy services for developers, investors, operators, policymakers and the construction supply chain. They are sector experts across a variety of residential tenures and associated uses.

As a Senior Project Manager, as well as a proven consultancy track record with residential and/or mixed-use sector experience, you would be able to demonstrate that you can hit the ground running as follows:

• Technically skilled in being able to carry out project management processes.
• Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Project leadership skills with regard to specific project tasks.
• Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
• Desire to develop client and other project relationships.
• Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs.
• Ability to take and know when to take initiative without guidance.
• Ideally MRICS or similar professional qualification.
• Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
