Senior Project Manager - Residential
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
Our client based in the city is an award-winning, Commercial Management, Cost and Project Management Consultancy headquartered in the Mediterranean and serving the Middle East, Europe and UK from 6 international branch offices. With a variety of projects currently in motion they have a requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work on projects including residential fit-out and a high net worth residential project in surrey, whilst also having access to projects across several sectors.
Ideally you will have great communication and organisational skills with a proven track record of delivery high-end residential projects with enthusiasm and dedication. Chartership is not essential however you will supported throughout your career journey with enviable project exposure, access to regular professional development sessions and in-house support, including our RICS Supported-accredited professional mentoring and training programme, with professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIArb and PMP.
A salary up to £70,000 plus benefits package including a vast array of wellbeing benefits designed to prioritise the physical, emotional, and mental health of all our employees including a flexible modern hybrid working environment.
