Senior Project Manager - Residential & Commercial

One of our current Project and Cost Consultancy clients are looking to hire a new Senior Project Manager to work as part of their Project management team. With a Hertfordshire HQ, this business has had success with some of the UK’s leading residential developers. They are actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the business working closely with the Partners on delivering flagship residential and commercial projects ranging from  £15 Million – £150 Million primarily based around the London area.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of large scale residential and commercial schemes and have the relevant experience in delivering these schemes in a Senior project management capacity. Employers Agent experience is highly desirable but consultancy experience is essential for this role and you will need to demonstrate a good technical understanding of the full range of JCT Contracts. 

Interviews are currently taking place and suitable candidates will be offered between £65,000 to £75,000 plus company benefits.
