Senior Project Surveyor - Residential

Archer is currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking independent cost consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Surveyor in its Residential team in London.
The team is led by three experienced Partners, and work on an impressive range of London projects for leading clients in the sector including Grainger plc, Berkeley Homes, Legal & General, and Native Land.
The Senior Project Surveyor will work alongside senior members of the team and take the lead on pre- and post-contract QS duties for their own projects. They will also support with the management of junior surveyors in the team. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements.
The ideal candidate for this role will be MRICS accredited with proven experience in a cost consulting environment delivering projects in the residential sector. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and be capable of establishing strong client relationships.
