Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple high-profile projects.
- Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documentation, and contract administration.
- Provide expert commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the mentoring and development of junior team members.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role.
- MRICS qualified.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage workload independently.
