Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working for an independent consultancy with an impressive client base in luxury retail and high-end residential sectors.
Candidates will ideally have a track record working on projects within one of the above sectors. In terms of career, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has a clear succession plan and routes into Director level.
As a Senior QS, you will be joining a cost management team of 5 surveyors, given responsibility for key clients and projects across all RIBA project stages from inception to completion.
Candidates should have experience in Contract Administration, have worked in client-facing cost management roles and be comfortable with leading projects.
Ideally, you will be MRICS or MCIOB qualified and have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. Candidates will need to have previous experience either working for a cost consultancy business across all project stages.
On offer is a salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits. The company is based in central London close to Moorgate, Old Street & Liverpool Street stations. They have a flexible working policy with 3-4 days a week in the office.
