Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you ready to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career with a forward-thinking consultancy? We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction consultancy in their Manchester office.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of experienced Project & Cost Management experts. The projects span a wide range of sectors including commercial, mixed-use, industrial, life sciences, and public sector – offering diversity, complexity, and career-defining opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple high-profile projects.
• Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documentation, and contract administration.
• Provide expert commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Support the mentoring and development of junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role.
• MRICS qualified.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage workload independently.
