Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centres 
Location: UK London or Manchester & Europe (flexible)
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 (dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits
 
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, privately owned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working across industrial, commercial, and residential projects. This role is suitable for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join a team delivering a large-scale data centre programme across the UK and Europe. This is a high-profile role offering exposure to fast-paced, technically complex projects with scope to make a real impact.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Full pre- and post-contract commercial support across large-scale data centre projects
• Cost planning, valuations, change control, and contract administration
• Procurement support and interim/final accounts
• Collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors to drive delivery
• Management of commercial reporting and risk throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying / commercial management
• Chartered preferred, but strong candidates with proven track record considered
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-value projects in the construction or infrastructure sectors
• Can-do attitude with ability to adapt to complex, fast-moving programmes
• Confident communicator with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
