Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join an established team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Primarily involved in pre-construction-contract (i.e. tender phase) QS work.
Projects range from high-end resorts and attractions to major transport infrastructure projects in the Middle East (and possible also parts of Europe).

This role is likely to suit a Quantity Surveyor with around 4-8 years’ experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree in a field related to construction or Quantity Surveying
QS related qualification/chartership is an advantage ( e.g. RICS)
Circa 4-8 years’ experience in QS work for construction
Pre-Contract QS experience is ideal but Post-Contract is also considered (our client is open to hiring Quantity Surveyor with contractor-side experience)
Experience of working in the the Middle East region is an advantage, although not essential
