The Opportunity This is a pivotal Senior Cost Consultant / Senior QS role within a high-performing London team. You’ll lead cost management delivery across multiple residential projects, from early-stage cost planning and procurement through to post-contract and final account.
Project values typically range from £20m to £150m, offering both scale and complexity. You’ll work closely with experienced Directors and Associates, mentor junior team members, and build trusted client relationships across the full project lifecycle.
Just as importantly, you’ll join a business that is actively investing in digital tools, data-led decision making and AI to enhance cost management capability and they’re looking for professionals who want to be part of that evolution.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in delivering day-to-day cost management services
- Strong technical expertise across cost planning, procurement and post-contract delivery
- Solid commercial understanding of residential cost drivers, value engineering and risk management
- MRICS preferred (or equivalent relevant qualification)
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- High levels of accuracy, commercial awareness and quality control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine interest in digital innovation within the construction sector
