Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centres

Archer Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an independent consultancy in London, working alongside a highly experienced Director on projects in the Data Centre sector.
This role has arisen due to the growth of the team and we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the delivery of data centres. The Senior QS will take the lead on projects for key clients, including a hyperscale data centre for a global colocation provider in West London.
The company has offices in London and Surrey, and a flexible hybrid working policy. Travel to client sites in London & occasionally further afield will be required as necessary.
Candidates should be MRICS qualified and can be from either a CSA or MEP bias and must have experience of running data centre projects through to completion. You will also need to be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills.
On offer is a highly competitive salary (dependent on level of experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including bonus, private medical, pension, and 25 days annual leave.
